The Academy, founded in 1933, is owned and operated by the Benedictine monks of Marmion Abbey. Its educational objective is to educate the whole man by establishing a climate conducive to spiritual growth and intellectual endeavors. The Academy advocates and promotes a Catholic philosophy of life, attempts to create a Christian atmosphere in the school and teaches a Christian value system. All staff members are expected to play an integral part in creating and maintaining a Christian atmosphere and in promoting Christian values.
