    Join us on Feb. 7 at 6 pm when Tom Koutsos '99 will be inducted into the Alumni Association Athletic Hall of Fame. The ceremony will take place in the gym during half time of the varsity basketball game. There will be a reception in the Lux Dining Hall immediately following the game.

    Dunham Fund Grants $300,000 in Support of STEM Education
    Exemplifying their traditional dedication to Aurora and surrounding communities, the Board members of the Dunham Fund are investing $300,000 in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education and the community at large via collaboration with Marmion Academy. The funding will support the development and operation of a free science boot-camp titled Youth Energy Savers (Y.E.S. Camp). This 3-day camp, premiering in June 2015, is aimed to bring energy education to middle school students in Aurora and surrounding communities. Read more ...

    Marmion Senior Honored with Ted Brattin Civic Youth Service Award

    Marmion Academy senior Blake Turcich, of Geneva, was one of 10 local students honored with the 2014 Ted Brattin Civic Youth Award. Ted Brattin was an Aurora businessman who was involved in founding the Aurora Council of the Navy League and the Aurora-Naperville Rotary Club. This annual award is presented to Fox Valley youth ages 13-19 who, like Brattin, have shown outstanding leadership and selfless service to the community. Read more ...


    MA/RHS Pancake Breakfast

    Please plan on attending the 2015 Music Boosters International Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, January 25, 2015 from 8:30 AM - 1 PM in the Lux Dining Hall. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hash brown, beverages and unlimited pancakes and toppings. All proceeds from this breakfast go to support the activities of the Marmion/Rosary Music program.

    There will be performances by the West Suburban Suzuki Strings directed by Sara Smith, the Holy Angels Choir directed by Jodi Taylor, The Rosary Chorus directed by Megan Drahos, the Marmion Men's Choir directed by Brian Birch and the Marmion Combo and Jazz Ensemble directed by Steven Thurlow.

    Tickets are $7 per person or $25 for a family of 5. Children aged 3-12 years old are $5 and children under 3 are free. Tickets can be purchased through a band or chorus member or by contacting Jim Tomkei at jamesgt12@gmail.com or (630) 981-1212.

    Marmion Academy, a Catholic-Benedictine college preparatory school for young men, is a community dedicated to spiritual formation, academic excellence and leadership development.
