AS A REMINDER:

Crafter Qualifications: A significant portion of your product must be handmade by you in order to gain entry into the show as a Crafter. Items that are fully manufactured, mass-produced, or purchased for resale do not qualify for crafter status. Jurying decisions are based on the handmade component, originality, and craftsmanship of your work. Crafters are placed throughout all show areas, including the Field House, Alumni Hall, Lux Dining Hall, and the Foyer.

Vendor Qualifications: Vendors include individuals or businesses who sell commercial, manufactured, franchised, or non-handmade products. Only one vendor per franchise will be accepted each year to avoid duplication (e.g., one Scentsy, one Color Street, one Tupperware, etc.).

Vendor booths will be located only in Alumni Hall, the Foyer, or Lux Dining Hall. Vendors are not placed in the Field House.

Booth Information

All booth sizes are 10x10 and are located in the Regole Field House, Alumni Hall Gymnasium, Foyer or Lux Dining Hall. All corner booths are considered a Premium Booth with the cost shown below. (There are a limited number of Premium Booths available. If we are unable to accommodate an upgrade or increase in booth quantities, we will inform you via email and refund you that amount. Please note, if you request to upgrade to a premium booth, the area your standard booth was in is NOT guaranteed!)

Please try to place me in the same booth location as last year. I understand that Marmion staff and the Craft Show Committee will do their best to accommodate requests, but that floor plans and booth numbers may change year to year.

Electricity is available on a limited basis. In 2026, if you are requesting electricity, we may be moving you to the perimeter of the room for safety reason. If you do not want to move spaces and do not need electricity, leave quantity blank.

Craft Show Participation Agreement & Liability Waiver

Liability & Volunteer Assistance

I understand that the Marmion Alumni Association may have student and/or adult volunteers available to assist with loading and unloading my products, and that neither the Marmion Alumni Association nor its volunteers are liable for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur during this assistance or throughout my participation in the Craft Show. I agree to hold Marmion Academy, its staff, volunteers, and representatives harmless from any claims arising from my participation.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Conditions may occur wherein Marmion Academy determines cancellation of the Craft Show is appropriate for extreme weather conditions or other safety concerns. Craft show Participant(s) agree(s) that in the event such a cancellation occurs, Participant(s) sole recourse shall be a credit of all fees paid towards the following years Craft Show fees or a full refund of all fees, at Participant's discretion. Participant waives any and all other claims against Marmion Academy they may have otherwise had in the event Marmion Academy cancels the Craft Show.

In the event Participant(s) cancel(s) their participation in the Craft Show more than seven (7) days prior to the event date, they shall be provided a full refund of any refundable fees. Cancellations made seven (7) days or less prior to the event date and no-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

Rules, Placement & Committee Authority

I agree to follow all Craft Show rules, regulations, and policies communicated online, via email, or in event materials. I understand that booth assignments, layout, and placement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Marmion Alumni Association Craft Show Committee.

Safety Requirements & Facility Use

For the safety of all participants, I agree to use only designated entrance and exit doors during load-in, load-out, and show hours unless an emergency requires otherwise, and to follow all signage and instructions from staff and volunteers. I agree to keep aisles, exits, and walkways clear and to comply with all facility fire and safety regulations.

Booth Setup, Displays & Equipment

I understand that my booth and displays must be safe, stable, and secure, and that I am responsible for preventing injury or property damage. I agree to arrive and depart within posted load-in and load-out times, and understand that early teardown is not permitted unless approved. I understand that electricity and special accommodations are not guaranteed.

Products, Approvals & Food Requirements

I agree to bring only the products approved in my application and understand that unapproved merchandise may be removed or may affect my eligibility for future shows. If I sell consumable goods, I confirm that they meet all applicable health department regulations.

Sales Tax Responsibility

I understand that I am solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all required sales tax to the State of Illinois.

Photography & Promotion

I give permission for Marmion Academy to photograph or record my booth and products for marketing and promotional use.

Professional Conduct

I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and professional manner toward attendees, staff, volunteers, and fellow exhibitors.
