CPARC Engineering Center
CPARC Engineering Center
A Future In STEM Starts Here
Marmion’s Computational Prototyping and Research Center (CPARC) is where big ideas meet real-world engineering. It’s a one-of-a-kind program that brings students, businesses, and educators together to design, prototype, and solve real problems.
CPARC gives students the opportunity to:
- Gain technical expertise in simulation, prototyping, and engineering software.
- Build professional collaboration skills working with engineers and industry leaders.
- Develop a portfolio of real projects for college and career advancement.
- Grow in leadership, teamwork, and ethical decision-making.
To participate in CPARC projects, students must:
- Enroll in Applied Engineering Design.
- Have a CSWA certification.
A Marmion senior’s path is already taking shape.
Henry Medernach has just accepted a job offer from Ford Motor Company in its engineering division.
“I came in to high school knowing I wanted to try engineering,” he said. “In CPARC, I pushed myself. I learned to set my own goals, lead fellow Cadets, and work with real companies. I even turned a few ideas sketched on a napkin and a vintage prototype into a modern computer model I can use to run professional-level tests.” Read the full article
