About the Event

Join us for Marmion’s 35th Annual Steak Fry/Lobster Boil (SFLB)—a high-energy, adults-only evening filled with great food, fun, and community spirit 🥩🦞🔥 Held on the campus of Marmion Academy, this 21+ event brings together alumni, current and incoming parents, neighbors, and friends of Marmion to kick off the summer together.

Dinner & Bar Details

Guests will enjoy their choice of steak or lobster dinner, along with unlimited drinks from the Marmion Bar. Our bar includes domestic beer, wine, seltzer soda and bottled water throughout the evening.

Entertainment & Activities

There’s no shortage of fun at SFLB. Guests can reconnect with friends, take part in our always-popular liquor bottle ring toss, and enjoy the lively atmosphere that makes this event a favorite year after year.

Marmion Bag Battle 🏆

The evening also features the 2nd Annual Marmion Bag Battle, our cornhole tournament that brings out friendly competition and school pride. Whether you’re playing or cheering from the sidelines, the Bag Battle adds an extra level of excitement—complete with our very own “celebrity” referees.

Big Ticket Raffle

One of the biggest highlights of the night is the Big Ticket Raffle Drawing, where one lucky winner will take home $25,000. Big Ticket sales take place throughout the year, with the drawing held during the Steak Fry/Lobster Boil. CLICK HERE TO GET YOURS!

Why We Gather

All proceeds from the event support the Marmion Alumni Association Scholarship Fund and the Marmion Academy Financial Aid Program, helping ensure more students have access to the Marmion experience.
