CREST HILL, ILLINOIS – Families looking for a high school experience that prepares students not only for college, but for a life of faith, purpose, and service, are invited to attend the Catholic High School Admissions Fair on Wednesday, September 16, from 6-8 p.m. at Benedictine University in Lisle. The event will bring together Catholic high schools from across the region to showcase the unique benefits of a Catholic college preparatory education.
Sponsored by the Diocese of Joliet and Benedictine University in partnership with the Archdiocese of Chicago and Diocese of Rockford, the fair provides families with an opportunity to meet school representatives, learn about admissions and financial aid, and discover how Catholic high schools help students grow intellectually, spiritually, and morally.
At a time when parents are seeking schools that reinforce the values taught at home, Catholic high schools offer an education that forms both the head and the heart. Students are challenged through rigorous academics that prepare them for college and future careers while also learning the virtues of integrity, responsibility, compassion, and respect for others. Rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ, Catholic schools help young people develop a strong moral foundation, deepen their faith, and discern God’s call for their lives.
